1. Tournament: CBSE INTER SCHOOL NORTH
ZONE I FOOTBALL GIRLS TOURNAMENT FOR THE
2. Reporting Time: 12th Oct. 2016 - 10:00 a.m to 20.00 p.m . It is mandatory
for all coaches/managers to attend the official meeting (for fixtures) on
12/10/2016 at 20:00 pm in school.
3. The tournament will begin on 13th
Oct. 2016 at 8:00 am and will culminate on 15th Oct. 2016.
LOCATION AND VENUE: Asha
Modern International School, 3.5 Km. Janta Road ,Saharanpur
The school is situated 7.5 Km. from the railway
station and bus-stand.
BOARDING , LODGING AND ACCOMODATION:
The participating team, Coach, Team Manager coming from outstations will be
provided accommodation (as per specifications of CBSE) at Asha
School, Saharanpur. Participants and team manager
will have to bring their own lock and
key, torch and suitcases with proper locking arrangements. Guests will be
responsible for the safe custody of their baggage.
Arrangements will be made by the school to provide food from the reporting time
till the closing of the tournament, to all outstation teams staying in the
school premises. Lodging, Breakfast, Lunch, Morning & Evening Tea and
Dinner (all vegetarian only) will be provided to all participating teams
staying in our school @ 350/- per person per day including bedding charges.
6. DEPOSIT: The
premises for your stay will be handed over to your officials on arrival and
taken by us on the conclusion of the tournament. A security deposit of Rs. 2000/-
(Rs. Two Thousand only) will be taken per team which will be refundable. You will
be required to deposit it in cash on arrival at Asha Modern International
School registration counter. Any sort of damage to School Property must be made
good by the Managers of the participating teams. General fine will be deducted
from the security deposit, if need be.
7. RESERVATION OF TICKETS: All participants are advised to get their return journey
reservations confirmed from their respective places of residence. The host
school will not be responsible for making such arrangements.
8. Participation in March Past with complete school uniform is compulsory. Each
school should bring two (2) school flags
(5’X3’) March Past will be conducted during the opening ceremony .

RULES FOR FOOTBALL (girls)
1. All the matches shall be played
according to the rules of All India Football Federation, unless, otherwise
modified in these rules.
2. A Football team shall consist of
maximum 18 players. No player shall be allowed to take part in the Tournament
without proper kit.
3. With exception of the foregoing case,
only players who are on the field of play at
the end of the match,
which includes extra time, are allowed to take penalty kicks.
4. The duration of the match shall be 35-10-35 min.
5. Maximum five players can be substituted in a game.
6. Procedure to determine the winner of a match shall be on the basis of
